Planning

The FMI Strategy Builder® process frequently consists of three planning sessions, depending on the size and complexity of your organization. The sessions are intense and highly participative.

Planning Session 1

• Review situational analysis
• Develop values/vision/mission
• Identify goals and strategies

Planning Session II

• Select strategies
• Develop objectives
• Assign action plans

Planning Session III

• Finalize action plans
• Develop communication and reinforcement plans

FMI prepares materials for each of the planning sessions and provides each participant with handout material and supplementary review materials.

Optionally, FMI can work with your senior management team to create and draft a more prescriptive strategic plan for you.
