Peak Leader Labs
In addition to providing customized consulting to meet your specific organizational needs, FMI’s Leadership and Organizational Development Group provides specialized leadership programs. These 2 to 4 day, intense on-site programs introduce leadership concepts, foster dialogue on leadership issues, generate realistic solutions to leadership challenges and create opportunities for skill building and real-time feedback. Programs are customized to the specific challenges facing your leaders and organization and typically focus on developing individual skills and knowledge with a goal of creating an organizational culture that embodies the lessons learned.
