FMI 360° Feedback Survey
The 360° survey is a tool for gathering constructive feedback on your leadership skills. It consists of 42 questions covering several categories of leadership behaviors. Feedback is anonymous and will be kept confidential to ensure raters feel comfortable giving the open and honest feedback you will need to assess your strengths and developmental needs. The more you do to solicit open feedback, the better your experience will be. Many participants tell us that the feedback from this assessment is the best part of the week.

A final report will be received at the Institute and reviewed during a personal interview with an FMI consultant. This report will allow you to compare and contrast how you view yourself as a leader with how others view you. It will also be used to help you create an individualized development plan.
