Analytical/FMI was created on June 1st 2007, when FMI acquired the Analytical Consulting Companies. As FMI’s compensation division, Analytical/FMI provides a wide array of consulting services to help companies win the war for talent.

Analytical/FMI’s compensation surveys allow companies to benchmark their compensation practices against similar firms in the industry. Standard surveys are conducted each year to keep companies up to date in their compensation practices, while custom surveys are provided upon request to give companies a more in depth look at specific areas of the industry.
