Scott Patten is a senior associate with FMI, management consultants and investment bankers to the construction industry. Scott works with construction industry firms, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, ownership transfer issues, and strategy development./p>

Prior to joining FMI, Scott was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions with Citigroup Capital Strategies (1999 – 2006), based in the Philadelphia regional office. He was actively involved in all phases of M & A advisory services, including company valuations, industry and market research, strategic marketing, and negotiating, structuring and closing transactions.

Prior to Citigroup, Scott was an analyst for Kawasaki Motors Corporation, U.S.A. and a Technical Service Engineer for Impco Technologies.

Mr. Patten received his B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA, with honors, from Pepperdine University.
